A lot of things can harm soil like oil a lot farmerâs spill the oil on the soil and the soil gets ruined. The other thing that farmers harm is the Fertilizer sure it helps plants and flowers but it ruins the soil. 

	Certain chemicals are used to kill the weeds and the insects that could ruin crops. People who eat these crops may be harmed because a lot of bad chemicals lie in the soil. Gases from these chemicals may also be sent into the air. People may breathe in the gases and their health may be harmed.
	Some of these bad chemicals can go sometimes into our skin if we touch the polluted soil.  Some plants may take up these bad chemicals from the dirty soil. These chemicals could be passed on because if people eat the plants that are poisoned they may die or become sick.
	Animals eat plants and the poison could also go into their bodies. For example cows.People eat meat from cows and drink milk and they might become sick.

	Toxic waste dumps are another thing that can make soil pollution. Many dangerous chemicals are stored in those dirty cans. The bad chemicals might spill out of the cans and get into the soil and make soil pollution's you know we can make soil pollution from garbage.
